Oh England, oh rainy ole England, when will you stop!
This week has seen a heck load of rain to say the least, however, I've been super equipped for all weathers thanks to my beloved Baker Boy cap and this shower-proof fur lined parka from Joules
I rocked this look on a recent trip to Borough Market, one of my favourite places to take a wander round on a quiet afternoon.

I love nothing more than grabbing a coffee from the delicious Monmouth coffee shop, which is honestly the best coffee destination in town, and perusing the delicious food stalls whilst lusting over the stunning flowers and gift stands.

The smells that accompany your trip to Borough Market are out of this world amazing; think cheese, truffles, freshly baked bread and spice all wrapped together with the beautiful scent of fresh flowers; simply divine and one of the reasons Borough Market is one of my favourite places to walk around in London.

As Borough Market is just a short walk away from London's Southbank it is the perfect place to head to on one of those "what shall we do today" days.

For such an occasion comfort is always on the cards so I donned my new Fred Perry shirt dress, the ultimate sixties mod piece don't you think? And teamed it with a baker boy, my Joules parka and of course finishing off with Chelsea boots, my go to for a cool yet super comfortable and practical rainy day look.
